Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be complete, with all original parts, components, and packaging intact.
  2. The product must show only normal handling, with no damage caused by improper use.
  3. If the item is a hygiene-related product, it must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  4. If the product was defective upon arrival, you must notify us immediately.
  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged.

🚨 Odyssey Toronto reserves the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used, damaged, or altered in any way that is not our fault.


How Do I Return My Order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: info@odysseytoronto.com
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
    • Full name and address

Once we review your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

🚨 Do not send your return to the sender’s address—you must wait for confirmation from us to receive the correct return location.

🔹 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Order Cancellations & Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers who are individual consumers (not businesses) are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, which starts from the day you or a designated third party (excluding the shipping carrier) receives the goods.

Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Due to Odyssey Toronto’s fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If the item is already in transit, you must wait for delivery and then return the item.

💡 If you wish to cancel an order, you may inform us in advance via email, but cancellation is only confirmed once the goods have been returned to us.


Returns & Refunds

If you exercise your right to withdraw from this contract, Odyssey Toronto will refund all payments excluding shipping costs (including any additional charges if a shipping option other than our standard delivery was chosen).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • We will use the same payment method as your original transaction unless another method is agreed upon.
  • You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

🚨 ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.


Important Shipping Notice

Odyssey Toronto ships products from Asia, and we have no control over potential transit delays. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until the goods have been received.

To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask customers to provide a shipping confirmation when sending back their items.
